Terms
Last updated 9 October 2026
These terms apply when you use RELINE at shopreline.com and app.shopreline.com. By using RELINE or creating an account, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we handle your data.
Who we are
RELINE is a trading name of HEAVENHAUS LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17103331), registered office 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. You can contact us at hello@shopreline.com.
What RELINE does
RELINE helps you find fashion to rent. We search rental platforms, show you what they list, and link you to the platform to book. We do not rent, sell or deliver anything ourselves, and we do not take payment for rentals. When you book, your contract is with the rental platform, on its terms. Questions about a booking, delivery, fit, damage, deposits or refunds go to that platform.
Prices, sizes, availability and descriptions come from the rental platforms. We work to keep them accurate, but they can change or be wrong, so always check them on the platform before you book. Where we show an estimate, such as the cost of your dates or a budget in your luggage, it is a guide, not a quote.
How we make money
We may earn a commission when you book through a link on RELINE. It never changes the price you pay, and platforms cannot pay to rank higher in your search results. See how RELINE makes money.
Your account
- You must be 18 or over to create an account.
- Keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
- You can delete your account at any time by emailing hello@shopreline.com.
Using RELINE fairly
Please do not:
- copy or scrape RELINE’s listings or data with automated tools;
- try to break, overload or get around the security of the service;
- upload images you do not have the right to use, or that are unlawful or offensive;
- use RELINE to mislead people or to break the law.
We may suspend or close an account that does any of these.
Photos you search with
If you search with a photo, you give us permission to process it so we can find similar rentals. We do not keep the photo or show it to anyone else.
Creators and partners
If you partner with us as a rental platform, a separate agreement applies on top of these terms. If you open a creator shop, the section below applies to you as well, and we will tell you how commission is worked out and paid before you start earning it. Creators must clearly tell their audience when they earn commission from links they share.
Creator shops and content
Your content. You keep ownership of what you add to your shop: your name, photo, bio, posts and the pieces you choose. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide permission to host, copy, resize, display and share that content on RELINE, and to show it when we promote RELINE or your shop (for example, the preview that appears when your shop link is shared). The permission ends when you remove the content or close your shop, except for copies we keep for a short time in backups or must keep by law, and for anything already shared before you removed it. You must have the right to everything you post, including permission from anyone who appears in your photos.
What you must not post. Your shop, profile and posts must not include anything that:
- is illegal, or encourages or helps anyone to break the law;
- sexualises, exploits or puts at risk anyone under 18;
- is sexually explicit;
- is hateful, harassing or threatening, or encourages violence or self-harm;
- you do not have the rights to, such as someone else’s photos, or that uses a brand in a way that suggests a connection that does not exist;
- shares someone else’s private information;
- pretends to be someone else, or misleads shoppers about a piece, a price or your relationship with a brand or rental platform;
- is spam.
Reporting a shop. Anyone can report a creator shop, or an item or post in it, with the Report link on the shop or by emailing hello@shopreline.com. Reports come to the RELINE team, not to the creator. We review them and may hide an item or post, remove something from a shop’s profile (such as its bio, photo or display name), or suspend a shop, if it breaks these terms or the law. Reports about children’s safety or illegal content come first.
Takedown requests. If you own the rights to something on a creator shop, such as a photo, and want it removed, email hello@shopreline.com with a link to it, the right you hold, your name and contact details, and a statement that what you have told us is accurate. We may tell the creator what was removed and why, but we will not share your contact details with them without your permission.
If we act on your shop. If we hide or remove your content or suspend your shop, we will tell you what we did and why, unless the law or someone’s safety stops us. If you think we got it wrong, email hello@shopreline.com with your shop name and why. We will look at the decision again and tell you the outcome.
Your own bookings. You earn no commission on rentals you book yourself, whether through your own shop or links or on any account you control, or on rentals booked for you or at your request so that you earn commission. We may withhold or reverse commission on those bookings, and on bookings that are cancelled, refunded or fraudulent.
Our content
The RELINE name, design and software belong to us. Product images and descriptions belong to the rental platforms and brands that publish them. You may use RELINE for your own personal shopping, not to build a competing product.
Links to other sites
RELINE links to rental platforms and other sites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, their service or how they handle your data.
Our responsibility to you
We provide RELINE as it is and as available, and we may change or pause features. We are not responsible for anything a rental platform does or fails to do, including your rental itself. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud, and nothing affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you by email or in the app if a change significantly affects you.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, or in another country, you keep any protections the law where you live gives you, and you can bring a claim in your local courts.
